Maha's cooking skills are beyond the highest expectations. She provided a very sophisticated and exciting dinner consisting of several courses from different Oriental regions, ranging from Vietnam, China, Japan and Thailand for a private dinner party. Our widely travelled, international guests were very much impressed by the outstanding food and the amazing presentation. The plates were decorated with leaves, little wooden boats or single orchids and looked beautiful. Every single course was delicious and it was impossible to say which was the best one. Several guests have asked me for Maha's number after this mouth watering experience."

Everything was lovely, but I especially LOVED the Kibbeh and Kufta - as did everyone else judging by how quickly they went! We still had some of the aubergine dish and rice left over and the whole family ate it for lunch and it was soooooo scrummy!!! That rice is out of this world! How on earth do you make it?? The tabouleh was extra special being served on the lettuce leaves with the tiny lemon wedges. Very clever!

"They say that the way to a film crew's heart is through their stomachs and, by the end of our month-long shoot, everyone loved Maha! Having well, filling food was important to us because our crew would be working long, tiring days for which they needed lots of energy. Maha delivered her delicious food on time and in quantity every day. Many of the crew commented that the food on our low-budget feature was better than the food on most high-budget projects they had worked on. In fact, our meals were so good that it became a daily game among the entire crew to make bets as to what lunch would be.
